H.J. Russell & Company Promotes Curtis Wilson to VP of Transportation & Infrastructure
H.J. Russell & Company (Russell), one of the largest minority-owned real estate development and construction services firms in the United States, announces the promotion of Curtis Wilson ’91 from Director of Program Management/Project Controls to the Vice President of Transportation & Infrastructure within the Program Management Division.
In his new role, Wilson will lead and direct the program management of transportation and infrastructure-related projects, helping to achieve strategic goals, ensuring program strategies are developed, and documenting and implementing projects in full compliance with owners’ expectations and Russell’s overall objectives, using all of the attributes of ‘The Russell Way’ including on time and within budget.

Wilson has demonstrated superior program/project management skills, along with his ability to develop and implement project control strategies that support client business and financial objectives, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. As an example, his talents have been used for such major, billion+ dollar projects with Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, the Clean Water Atlanta program, and the Fulton County Capital Improvement program.

Wilson, a 25-year Russell company veteran, earned his B.S. in Construction Management at North Carolina A&T State University. He also is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He reports to Bryan Jackson, Vice President, Program Management, Russell.
