Tell us interesting facts about your chapter: SC Upstate Chapter celebrated our fifth year as
an Alumni Chapter in 2023. Our chapter established our first process for awarding scholarships
to deserving students attending North Carolina A&T State University. In 2023 the chapter
awarded four scholarships to freshmen students. The chapter hosted our second successful
annual golf tournament to support the scholarships awarded to students attending NC A&T
State University. There are forty-six counties in SC. The Upstate Chapter represents ten of the
forty-six counties.

essay that is part of the application.
- Applicants must complete the scholarship application.
- Must be a freshman, transfer student, or current student attending NCATSU for the fall
semester. - Must be a resident of upstate counties.
- Registered voter and US citizen.
